Meet Leticia Butruce – Postpartum Doula

My name is Leticia Butruce. I’m originally from Brazil and have been living in the United States since 2018. I truly believe that my life experiences have beautifully prepared me for the work I do today as a postpartum doula.

Growing up in a large, warm, and loving family taught me that a nurturing home is essential for every human being—from birth and beyond. These early lessons shaped my deep belief in the importance of support, compassion, and care during life’s most transformative moments.

My passion for caring for babies and children began in my teenage years, helping family members and friends welcome their little ones. Over time, this passion evolved into a professional path. I’ve spent years working as a childcare provider and family assistant, caring for children of all ages and helping households run smoothly.

To deepen my skills, I pursued professional education and earned my certification as a Postpartum Doula through DONA International. I’ve supported many families across the U.S.—offering both daytime care to ease daily routines and overnight support to ensure parents get the rest they need to bond with their babies stress-free.
